78/1038 - Ham soufflé

I love a weekday meal that sounds just a little bit posh.

Lovely cubes of ham in cheese sauce, eggs and tabasco makes for a very nice soufflé indeed. I made them as individual portions and they were so light and airy you could almost forget the number of calories they actually contained.
